After the chatbot answers, an AI concierge takes the booking.

A chatbot that only answers questions replies from what it was given and points the guest to the booking engine. Sarah, the Wizorks AI concierge, checks your rooms and rates, takes the booking in the conversation and hands the guest to your team when they ask for a person — and if you take deposits through Stripe, she sends the link once the booking is confirmed.

What does the guest see at 23:47?

One enquiry on a hotel’s website chat, from the first question to the deposit link.

What the dashboard shows the next morning.

Lost enquiries, sorted by where they stalled

No reply, reply too late, follow-up missing, or lost after an offer: the enquiries that did not become bookings are classed on the Lost opportunities & recovery screen, and the ones not classified yet are counted apart.

Booked value, and where it came from

Revenue & ROI links each booking’s value to the conversations before it — by booking origin, first touch or last touch — under the evidence rule you choose.

No claim it cannot back

The dashboard says so itself: these models share out known booking amounts, and they do not prove what the AI earned.

Questions about AI concierges.

Answered from what Sarah does today.

Is Sarah a chatbot?

She is an AI, and guests are told so: the web chat’s header reads “AI concierge”, and she never denies it when asked. The difference is what she does after the answer — she checks availability, takes the booking, sends a payment link if you take payments with Stripe, and hands over to your team.

Does Sarah confirm bookings on her own?

Only if you switch it on. By default your team approves each booking, from the dashboard or from Telegram.

What does Sarah do when she does not know?

She says so and hands over. She answers from your knowledge base and, with the PMS link, your PMS — and she does not guess a rate or a policy.

Which channels does she answer on?

WhatsApp, Telegram, your website’s chat window and, on Elite and Enterprise, your hotel’s phone line. E-mail and SMS are in pilot.

Watch it answer a real enquiry from your property.

Thirty minutes on a call, with your own channels and rates on the screen, and no contract at the end of it.
