Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Wizorks Systems services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are binding for all users, businesses, employees, and agents.
Services
Wizorks provides intelligent communication systems including chat and voice capabilities, multi-channel messaging (WhatsApp, Telegram), booking and inquiry management, property management system integrations, lead scoring and CRM, and operational dashboards.
We reserve the right to modify or suspend services with reasonable notice.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, maintain the security of your account credentials, notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. Minimum age for account creation is 18 years.
Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to violate any laws, send spam or unsolicited messages, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with our infrastructure, engage in deceptive or fraudulent activity, or reverse-engineer our systems.
Intellectual Property
All service intellectual property belongs to Wizorks Systems. You retain full ownership of your data. We are granted a limited license to process your data solely for providing our services. Content generated by our systems is yours to use.
Payment Terms
Fees are billed according to your selected plan (monthly or annual). All pricing is in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are available within 14 days for annual plans. We provide 30 days notice for any price changes.
Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. Users are responsible for reviewing all automated communications.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Your data will be retained for 30 days after termination. You may request a full data export before account closure.
Messaging Terms
You must obtain explicit opt-in consent from your customers before sending messages. All content must comply with Meta and Telegram platform policies. Spam, misleading content, and hate speech are prohibited.
We monitor message quality — consistently poor ratings may result in service suspension. Opt-out requests must be honored immediately. "STOP" messages are auto-processed by our system.
Data Processing
Wizorks acts as data processor; you (the client) are the data controller. You are responsible for obtaining necessary customer consents. We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for GDPR compliance upon request.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rabat, Morocco. International disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
