Last night, accounted for before your morning meeting.
Sarah answers your guests after the desk closes. In the morning the dashboard shows what came in, what was booked, what waits for your team, and which enquiries were lost, sorted by where they stalled.
What does a general manager need to know by nine?
Three things, and none of them should take a phone call to find out.
- Conversations waiting for your team, open service requests and payments pending sit together under Needs attention on the dashboard’s home page.
- Arrivals today, departures and stays tonight, and, with your PMS connected, every confirmed booking already written to it.
- Enquiries that did not become a booking, sorted on Insights › Lost opportunities by where they stalled: No reply, Reply too late, Follow-up missing or Lost after an offer. Those not classified yet are counted apart.
How the dashboard shows a night that went right.
In the language the guest wrote in, from your rooms, rates and policies, and she hands the thread to your team when a guest asks for a person or disputes a charge.
A booking that needs approval arrives as a message with Confirm and Decline buttons, so nobody opens a laptop at midnight.
With the PMS link, Cloudbeds or Apaleo receives it when the booking is confirmed — Mews too, once Mews certifies the integration — so nobody retypes it in the morning.
Insights › Performance shows first response time against the target you set, with replies from the AI and from your team counted apart.
The rules your team works to are yours to set.
Who confirms a booking, what counts as a late reply and what each person can see are settings, not a project.
- Sarah confirms them herself, your staff approve each one, or the guest sends proof and your team checks it.
- Your target for the first reply and your late-reply limit, per hotel and per channel, in Settings › Goals & response times.
- Three roles come built in, and you can write your own, area by area: who may view, create, edit or delete.
Questions general managers ask us.
Do I get a report by e-mail every morning?
Not today. You open the dashboard: its home page shows what needs attention and your property today, and Insights holds the detail. Reports export as CSV or PDF whenever you need them.
Does the guest know Sarah is an AI?
Yes. The channel says so: your WhatsApp business profile, the web chat’s AI concierge header, the first sentence of a call. If a guest asks, she never denies it.
What happens when Sarah does not know the answer?
She answers only from what your team has put in your knowledge base and, with the PMS link, from your PMS. When the answer is not there, she hands the conversation to your team rather than guess.
How long does it take to go live?
Two days from channel access to your first answered guest. Meta’s verification of a new WhatsApp number can add a few days, so we start it the day you sign.
Watch it answer a real enquiry from your property.
Thirty minutes on a call, with your own channels and rates on the screen, and no contract at the end of it.
