You see where your lost enquiries stalled.

Wizorks sorts the booking requests that did not convert by where they stalled, attributes the ones that did under a model you can see, and keeps its estimates out of your return.

Which figure would your finance director argue with?

The one whose method nobody wrote down. Every figure in Revenue & ROI carries its own.

Three evidence rules
  • Observed only, observed plus inferred, or observed recovery: you choose which evidence counts, and the rule applies to every row.
Three attribution models
  • Booking origin, first touch and last touch, side by side, sharing out the same known booking amounts.
Estimates kept apart
  • Estimated lost and recoverable value come from comparable booking averages by property and currency, and neither is added to your return.

Where each figure lives in Insights.

Lost opportunities

Requests that stalled, sorted into No reply, Reply too late, Follow-up missing or Lost after an offer, with the ones not classified yet counted apart and a priority score on each in the recovery queue.

Revenue & ROI

Booked value and attributed value, and, once your Wizorks costs are entered, the value after them and the payback at the current pace.

What-if

Your own assumptions about cost, recovered value and savings, on a local scenario that never touches your real figures.

Performance

First response time against your target, day by day and property by property, with replies from the AI and from your team counted apart.

Reports

CSV or PDF, with the methodology printed in the file, so the method travels with the figure.

Reply time is yours to define, per hotel and per channel.

Set a target for the first reply and a later limit after which a reply counts as late; Insights measures every conversation against both.

Account defaults
  • One target and one late-reply limit for every hotel in the account.
Hotel exceptions
  • A hotel’s own rule replaces the defaults where its service is different.
Channel exceptions
  • Within a hotel, a channel can carry a more specific rule.

Questions revenue managers ask us.

Does Wizorks change our rates?

No. With the PMS link, Sarah quotes the rooms and rates in your PMS, and Wizorks writes no rate back to it.

Is the lost revenue figure added to the return?

No. Estimated lost and recoverable value are labelled as estimates, based on comparable bookings at the same property, and neither is counted in the return on investment.

Can we export the figures?

Yes, as CSV or PDF from Revenue & ROI and Reports, for anyone whose role includes exports. The methodology is part of the file.

Does it calculate RevPAR or our direct booking ratio?

No. Both need every booking and every room in your PMS. Wizorks measures the demand that reaches its channels: what was asked, answered, booked and lost.

Watch it answer a real enquiry from your property.

Thirty minutes on a call, with your own channels and rates on the screen, and no contract at the end of it.
