Sarah books into Cloudbeds, Mews and Apaleo.
She reads rooms and rates from the PMS you already run, and writes the booking back once it is confirmed — by Sarah, or by your team if you approve each one. All three connections are live, both ways.
What does Wizorks read from your PMS, and what does it write?
The same rules on Cloudbeds, Mews and Apaleo: your PMS stays the record, and Wizorks works from it.
- Room types and rooms
- Rate plans and their prices
- Availability for the nights asked — asked of Cloudbeds and Apaleo directly when the copy is more than five minutes old
- Reservations made, changed or cancelled in the PMS
- Property details, such as your address and check-in times
- The reservation, once it is confirmed — by Sarah, or by your team if you approve each one
- The guest’s name and e-mail, the dates, adults and children, and the room type
- A change of dates or a cancellation made in Wizorks
- Which room the guest sleeps in — your team assigns it, as it does today
- Your rates — read, never edited
Live today, and what is not.
The rate of the exact nights, availability asked of Cloudbeds when the copy is more than five minutes old, and the reservation written back.
Status: LiveYour Mews rooms and rates, the reservation written into Mews, and every change Mews reports sent back to Wizorks.
Status: LiveFree unit groups asked of Apaleo when the copy is more than five minutes old, and the reservation written back on your rate plan.
Status: LiveA deposit link sent in the conversation: the guest pays on Stripe’s page, and card details never enter the chat.
Status: LiveAn enquiry from your own site opens a thread instead of an e-mail nobody owns.
Status: LiveNext in the queue and not shipped. Ask us where they stand before you sign, not after.
Status: Not yetAPI access and webhooks for groups that already run a channel manager or a data warehouse.
Status: On requestTwo days from access to the first answered guest.
Most of the setup is done by the connection, not typed by your team: the PMS fills in what it knows, and your documents become drafts you approve.
- 01Connect the PMS
Save the access details your PMS issues and check the connection: Wizorks shows your property’s name before anything syncs.
- 02Rooms, rates and bookings come in
The first sync brings your room types, rate plans and reservations. You can pause it at any time.
- 03Sarah’s knowledge fills in
Rooms, check-in times and the rate options she can name are written from the PMS — without prices, which she takes from your PMS rates when she answers. What no PMS holds, like parking or breakfast, arrives as a checklist.
- 04Your PDFs, as drafts
Send your fact sheet and spa menu as PDFs. Each entry becomes a draft, and nothing reaches a guest until your team approves it.
Questions a front-office manager asks first.
Which plan includes the PMS connection?
Elite and Enterprise. Pro answers on WhatsApp, Telegram and web chat without a PMS link.
Who decides which room the guest gets?
Your PMS. Wizorks books a room type; your team assigns the room in Cloudbeds, Mews or Apaleo, exactly where it does today.
What if the PMS does not answer when a booking is written?
The write is queued and tried again, and it is flagged to your team and to us — a confirmed booking is held rather than dropped between the two systems.
We run Opera or Guesty. Can we still use Wizorks?
Yes, without a PMS connection for now: Sarah answers from the rooms and rates your team keeps in the Wizorks dashboard. Opera and Guesty are next in the queue and not shipped — ask us where they stand.
Can we pause the sync?
Yes, at any time, from the PMS settings in your dashboard. The connection is kept, and nothing is deleted.
Watch it answer a real enquiry from your property.
Thirty minutes on a call, with your own channels and rates on the screen, and no contract at the end of it.
