Guest portal
A guest portal is a private web page for one booking, opened from a link, where the guest sees their reservation and does what the desk would otherwise chase by e-mail or at check-in.
What belongs in one
The booking itself and any deposit due, the documents reception needs before arrival, the arrival time, preferences, and a way to ask for a change.
Whether guests use it depends on three things: no password and nothing to install, the guest’s own language, and a link that arrives at the right moment, with the confirmation and again shortly before arrival.
Measure it at the desk, by what nobody has to chase at check-in any more: missing passports, unknown arrival times, requests nobody confirmed.
Where Wizorks shows it
The Wizorks guest portal opens from one signed link with no password. It holds the booking and any deposit due, the documents reception needs, preferences and arrival time, and a Request a change button for an earlier check-in, a later check-out or new dates, which your team confirms. It is in English, French and Arabic.
