Pre-arrival message

A pre-arrival message is what a hotel sends a guest before check-in to prepare the stay: it confirms the arrival time, collects documents and offers what can be arranged in advance.

How to send one that works

Send it when the guest can still act on it, but close enough to the trip that they are thinking about it. One message with one link is easier to act on than three separate questions.

Measure it at the desk: the share of arrivals whose arrival time, documents and requests were known before the guest walked in.

On WhatsApp, a message the hotel starts is bound by the 24-hour window, so time it for when the guest has recently written, or plan another way to reach them.

Where Wizorks shows it

When your hotel switches pre-arrival on, Wizorks sends the guest a fresh link to their guest portal the day before check-in, on the channel their conversation is on, so they can give their arrival time, documents and requests. On WhatsApp it goes only while the guest’s 24-hour window is open.

Watch it answer a real enquiry from your property.

Thirty minutes on a call, with your own channels and rates on the screen, and no contract at the end of it.
